At the end of the academic school day, After-School REC Rooms begin. Students will meet virtually with coaches for check-ins, tutoring, tutorials, homework assistance and guided gaming sessions. How do we make them turn off the games? Easy! Every student registered with Metro Game Lab is given a rad Metro Game Lab bluetooth controller with their first enrollment. We provide students with access to great content-appropriate games and digital mediums that are social, collaborative and creative. Using the latest cloud technology, all you need is decent internet to stream games and play with each other remotely. We spin up the cloud gaming machine with tons of games on them that they can play together. When it’s time to stop, we encourage them to save quickly before we pull the plug.
